Katerina Karadima was born in Athens. She studied dance at the school of M. SOPHOU. She has
dance therapy diploma L‘expression primitive, F. S. Billman and ISTD Associate Modern Dance. She has
taken part in many seminars (Shaolin KungFu for dancers. Μ. Kountouri/ Mpouto and
psychology. Dora Stratou Theatre/ Laughing Yoga, Creativity QiGong. E. Rooseen/ ISTD modern Jazz,
Bishop Offer College, Chichester, London/Introduction to Body Expression, Suzan Abigator/ as well
and seminars of modern dance, African, belly Dance, Contact Improvisation, “Troades and
Orestis” with the theatrical repertoire group I. Sideris etc.). Most recent entries in

Since 1991 he has taught dance, ballet, modern jazz ISTD, pilates, stretching and Aqua-fitness in
dance schools, gyms and cultural clubs in Athens, Crete, Porto Rafti and in
Mare Nostrum hotel. He has taken part in dance performances for the theater and the
television, dance acts, dance shows, and participated in the Olympic Torch Relay
Games 2004 in Crete. She also starred in the show “Love Mysteries” with
Antriana Papanikolaou at Ideatheter. P. Anastasaki. She has collaborated with the musician
band Going Through, the singer G. Μαζωνάκη, the singer A. Turkogiorgis and the
musical group of K. Vazouras as well as with the singers Nelly Travis and Sofia Rapti.
She also participated in a pantomime happening for the Rolling Stones band

Her most recent dance credits were:

• 2020: in Heliconia with the dance group “ATRAPOS”,
• 2020: at the Lycabettus festival with the group “Eternal Forms” with the performance
  “Dwellings of Nymphs”.
• 2021: in the performance “Four Sacred Manias” as part of the Athens Festival 2021
• 2022: at the flame ceremony for the start of the 3rd ETAP of international cycling
  tour of Greece in Delphi with the dance group “ATRAPOS” and the musician
  SAOS complex.
• 2023: in the event “Falleforia” with the “Association of Hellenic Culture”,
• 2023: at the “PROMITHIA” festival in Litochoro with the “AENAES MORFES” dance group
• 2023: at “DILEIA” with the dance group “ATRAPOS” with the performance “FAOS”.

Since 2019, it has been organizing activities mainly outdoors, such as expressive arts classes
dance, improvisation workshops, etc. combining self-expression with the psychosomatic
empowerment.
Since 2022 he has been working with Life Trail Yoga Studio where he teaches pilates.

From 2023 he collaborates with KATERINA VOULGARI in the organization Arts & Dance Wellness
Retreats καθώς και dance workshops.
