Expressive dance lessons are a unique opportunity to calm down

The expressive dance class includes movements from various systems
dance (modern dance, contemporary, ballet, expression primitive, improvisation etc..) and they help us
to build a strong and strong body!
Flexibility, balance, well-being, muscle strengthening, harmony and discipline are some of the

Combined with the environment in which it takes place (mainly outdoors) e.g. next to
in the sea, in a forest, offers us one of the best ways of mental and
