    A few words about us

    Our friendship lasts for years and is not only professional but also personal.
    Having both our love and passion for dance and the arts in common, we decided to combine our long experience as dance teachers, dancers, and creative dance coaches by organizing experiential seminars – workshops – classes in dance, movement and creative expression in from the arts. We each use a different way of approach, but having in common dance and expression. So we want to give the opportunity to those who participate in our actions for this improvement and personal development through the arts.

    So join us on a different journey of self-awareness, mental and physical empowerment through experiential actions of dance movement and creative expression whose aim is to help us improve our self-confidence, to escape from everyday life that pressures us and to find our joy and positive energy again.

    Katerina Karadima

    Dance teacher, Dancer and Creative dance coach

    Katerina Karadima was born in Athens. She studied dance at the school of M. SOPHOU. She has a dance therapy diploma L'expression primitive, F. S. Billman and ISTD Associate Modern Dance.

    Katerin Voulgari

    Dance Teacher, Therapeutic Art Life Coach

    Katerina is a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach and Dance Therapist. Her holistic approach brings clarity, direction and positive support to her clients helping them live their best lives, bridging the gap between where they are now and where they would like to be.
